Maintenance contracts

Regular maintenance ensures a long and reliable service life for your Gerstel equipment, minimizing unplanned downtime. That is why we offer you our maintenance contracts, the scope of which we determine together with you.

Equipment qualification contracts

From time to time, equipment qualification is required. Before your equipment has been delivered to you, we have already performed an initial equipment qualification. This includes analytical test runs against defined parameter tests to ensure the accuracy and precision of your system. We also verify and document the performance of your instrument.

In case of a change of method or introduction of new applications, an instrument qualification may be useful. For this purpose we offer special contracts for instrument qualification.
